How do I create my first post?

1. Open the app.
2. Choose a time range (e.g., "Last 24 Hours", "Last Week") or select a suggested moment.
3. Pick your vibe filters (e.g., "Solo Photos", "Food", "Landscapes").
4. Choose post type (Feed or Stories) and photo count.
5. Review the curated selection, shuffle for variations, then export/share.

Do I need to create an account?

No. makemypost does not require account creation or sign-in.

What vibes are available?

makemypost includes 10 vibe filters to help AI prioritize the right photos: Solo Photos, Group Photos, No People, Landscapes, Funny Photos, Food Photos, Pet Photos, Night Out, Beach & Water, and Celebrations. You can select multiple vibes at once.

How does the app select my best photos?

The app evaluates photos as a set and looks for signals like overall quality, composition, variety, and how well images work together for a post.

Can I manually select photos instead?

Yes. You can review the selection and adjust before exporting.

Why aren't my photos showing up?

Common causes:

• Photos permission: Check iOS Settings → makemypost → Photos and allow access.
• iCloud Photos: If your photos are stored in iCloud, iOS may need time to download items to your device.
• App restart: After changing permissions, close and reopen the app.

How are captions generated?

Captions are generated on-device. On supported devices, makemypost can use Apple Intelligence when available.

Can I edit the generated captions?

Yes. You can edit before sharing.

What if I don't like the generated results?

Use Shuffle to generate new variations until you find the one you like.

Where can I share my posts?

You can share to any compatible app via the iOS share sheet (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and more).

What format are posts exported in?

Posts are exported as high-quality images suitable for sharing.

Are my photos uploaded to your servers?

No. Photo processing is designed to run on your device. We do not upload or store your photos on our servers.

What data do you collect?

makemypost stores app preferences and usage counters locally on your device. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple:

• Or App Store → your profile → Subscriptions

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one via Apple's "Report a Problem" flow in your purchase history.

What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes core features with a limited number of posts per month. The current limits and Pro benefits are shown in the app.

The app is slow or crashing

• Force close and reopen the app.

Captions aren't generating

• Some AI features depend on device/iOS capabilities and may not be available on every device.
• Confirm you're on the latest version of the app.

I can't find a specific feature

Features can vary by device capability and app version. Update the app and try again.
